  • First off, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase. After that, it gets a little tricky for us to work our magic.
  • Secondly, we do require that the item is unused and in its original packaging. We know it's tempting to take our products for a test drive, but we gotta keep things fresh for everyone.
  • Lastly, there are a few items that we can't accept for returns. We're talking about hemp flower or any type of vapes (sorry, no returning that half-eaten edible)

Now, here's where things get interesting. Remember how we said we take a "case by case" approach? Well, that means we're open to considering all sorts of situations. We'll take a look and see what we can do.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll give it a thorough inspection (don't worry, we won't break out the white gloves). Then, we'll shoot you an email to let you know if your return has been approved or not.
